Senior Building Consultant, Clint Simon, has over twenty-five years of experience in the electro-mechanical field. Clint has been inspecting homes since 1999. He has achieved the highest certification from the state of Texas as a professional home inspector. He is qualified to inspect all areas of a property including: structural, mechanical, and electrical systems.

Clint enjoys meeting with home owners and home buyers and educating them on the condition of their home.
